Our site is connected to Internet acquiring, so you can pay for any Service with Visa or Mastercard bank card. After the confirmation of the selected Product or Service, a secure window with the payment page of the processing center CloudPayments will open, where you need to enter your bank card data. The 3D Secure protocol is used for additional authentication of the cardholder. If your issuing bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server for additional identification. Please check with the Bank that has issued you a card for information on additional identification rules and methods.
The online payment service is carried out in accordance with the rules of the International Payment Systems "Visa" and "MasterCard" on the principles of confidentiality and payment security, the most current methods of verification are used for this purpose, encryption and data transmission via closed communication channels. Bank card data is entered in a secure window on the payment page CloudPayments.
In the fields on the payment page you need to enter the card number, the name of the cardholder, the validity period of the card, the three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). All necessary data are displayed on the bank card surface.
CVV2/CVC2 is a three-digit security code on the back of the card.
Next, the page of your issuing bank will be opened in the same window to enter 3D Secure code. In case a static 3D Secure is not customized, the code will be sent to your phone number via SMS. If the 3D Secure code is not sent, you should contact your issuing bank.
3D Secure is the modern security technology for card payments on the Internet. It allows to uniquely identify the authenticity of the cardholder performing the transaction and minimize the risk of fraudulent transactions on the card.
Security guarantees
CloudPayments processing center protects and processes your credit card data according to PCI DSS 3.0 security standard. Information is transmitted to the payment gateway using SSL encryption technology. Further information transmission takes place through closed banking networks with the highest level of reliability. CloudPayments does not transmit your card data to us or other third parties. The 3D Secure protocol is used for additional authentication of the cardholder.

Refund
When conducting online payment using payment cards, cash refunds are not allowed. The refund procedure is regulated by the rules of international payment systems::
1. The consumer has the right to refuse the service until he has access to the Personal Account. Once access to the Personal Account is granted, the services are deemed to have been provided and no refunds are possible.
2. The funds for the services rendered in full shall not be returned in the absence of substantiated claims to their quality.
3. In case of refusal of the service according to paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 of this document, on the part of the consumer, the seller must return the money paid by the consumer, no later than ten days after the date of the consumer’s submission of the respective claim.
To return the money to the bank card, you must fill in the «Application for the refund», which is sent by the company on request to the e-mail address, and send it together with the attachment of a copy of the identity document to the e-mail info@tech-recruiter.ru.
The refund will be made to the bank card within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the «Application for the refund» by the Company.
In order to refund money for transactions with errors, it is necessary to submit a written statement and enclose a copy of the identity document and checks/receipts confirming the erroneous debiting. This application should be sent to the e-mail info@tech-recruiter.ru.
The refund will be equal to the purchase amount. The term of consideration of the Application and refund of cash shall start to be calculated from the moment of receipt of the Application by the Company and shall be calculated in working days inclusive of holidays/days off.
