Who is an IT-recruiter?
IT recruiter brings together unique talents and IT companies so that both sides complement each other and then develop together.

Closing every position is an exciting contest! It arouses the passion to find the perfect person and fill in the vacancy as quickly as possible.

To do this, you need to apply sourcing tools, know and understand the basic terms in IT, communicate with candidates in the same language, and to be able to sell a vacancy and a company in efficient manner.

IT recruiters are the first to learn about advanced technologies, test new resources and know a lot about future professions.
Main tasks of IT-recruiter:

  • prepare letters and job descriptions
  • communicate with developers in messengers/social networks, by phone and video
